You may choose to include or exclude coverage in the U.S., as well as choose additional coverages for outpatient treatment, medical evacuation/repatriation, preventative care, vision, and dental.

Global Health Options Platinum offers you the freedom to choose where you receive healthcare. You will also have access to Cigna's exclusive worldwide network of more than 1 million doctors, hospitals, and clinics. Inside the U.S., Global Health Options members have access to the full Cigna Network in all 50 States. The providers bill the insurance company directly, eliminating the need to file a claim and wait for a reimbursement.
